Aircraft Technical Inspector/Quality Assurance


Develops and implements program quality plans and procedures. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to production. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.


Minimum 10 years experience in quality control/inspection of all H53E aircraft systems and subsystems (electrical/mechanical/structural) on Naval rotary wing aircraft. Must present recent experience and qualifications as a Full Systems QA on H53E aircraft. Must possess knowledge of NAVAIR maintenance and repair manuals (MIM's, NAMP, 4790.2), ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and demonstrate proficiency in their interpretation and use. Ability to work various shifts and travel as required to support customer requirements. Bachelors degree or experience equivalence required. Airframes and Powerplant license preferred, but not required. Position will be located in Jacksonville, N.C.

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Government Secret clearance.
