Live Virtual Constructive Trainer, Senior

Key Role:

Deliver tailored training support that enables commanders to attain mission readiness and objectives using the Marine Corps synthetic training environment. Design exercise scenarios and make recommendations on resources available to meet training needs. Coordinate with Training Support Division (TSD) and Battle Sim Center (BSC) to facilitate the conduct and synthetic integration of exercises and training systems. Support planning teams and conferences. Integrate all synthetic training systems capabilities at all sites. Provide recommendations that define future of synthetic training requirements and environments. Provide subject matter expertise in MAGTF operations in the development of synthetic exercises.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with Marine Corps as a senior staff member, including MEF, MEB, and MEU

-5 years of experience with modeling and simulation

-Experience with Marine Corps simulations and training systems, including MTWS, DVTE, CCS, SAVT, CACCTUS, I-TESS, ADVTE, JDLM, and JLVC

-Experience with C4I systems

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-Knowledge of DoD simulation protocols, including DIS, HLA, and M&S programs

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with acquisitions

-Knowledge of CTIA and Joint programs in support of synthetic training


-MA or MS degree in modeling and simulation preferred

-Joint Terminal Attack Controller Certified preferred
