Cubic | NEK Services, Inc., is seeking a Fiscal Analyst to support programs of formal training to individual Special Operations Officers (SOO), Critical Skills Operators (CSO), and Special Operations Capability Specialists (SOCS) in Special Operations tactics, techniques, and procedures and related support skills in order to provide qualified personnel to the Marine Special Operations Companies (MSOCs). The unit specifically charged with this responsibility is the Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) formerly called the Marine Special Operations School (MSOS). This is a pre-award effort and position will be contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Assist in the administration of the daily training exercise financial transactions and reports management.
Work extensively with the Standard Accounting and Budget Reporting System (SABRS), the Purchase Request Builder (PRBuilder), the Global Combat Support System, Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), the SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval Tools System (SMARTS), Direct Service Stock Control (DSSC) purchase cards system, the Government Purchase Card Program (GCPC), and the Defense Travel System (DTS) systems.
Participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, working groups, courses, and training events as requested by the Government.
Travel, as necessary, to various CONUS locations.
Other duties and tasks assigned by Command team or supervisor, as necessary.
Served a minimum of 1 year as an E7 or higher.
10 years’ experience in USMC MOS 3451 (Financial Mgmt Resource Analyst) or similar DoD equivalent.
Must be proficient using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Must possess a current Secret security clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
